Premier Alliance Group is a retained recruiting company. We believe a participatory relationship is the foundational basis for a successful partnership. We also feel our fee structure is extremely reasonable. We have separated ourselves from the competition not only because of our fees but by the overall service level included within our fee structure.

What is included with your retained fee?
Premier Alliance Group offers a number of additional services outside of just finding the talent you need for your internal positions. Our overall process includes behavioral based interviews (four per candidate before presenting to our client), assessments through our assessment partners, reference checks, background checks, 30-60-90 day reviews and much more.

Do you offer a guarantee on your candidates?
Of course…Premier Alliance Group offers a guarantee up to 180 days. It’s based on the position and recruiting process that’s been agreed upon.

Do you have a fee structure geared to very small or start-up companies?
To meet the needs of very small and start-up companies, Premier Alliance provides a recruiting model where our services can be acquired on an hourly basis. You decide the number of hours you need and we do the rest, including an end-of-week position update. The update shows you the progress that’s been made and helps you decide how many hours you want us working on your search for the following week. This process is extremely beneficial for cash flow purposes.
