Alissa grew up in a small town just west of the Mayo Clinic and city of Rochester in southeast Minnesota. She received a four year athletic scholarship to play competitive volleyball at South Dakota State University, and, after graduating with a double major in Business Economics and Spanish, Alissa entered the recruiting field, working with two well known recruiting firms.

Early in her career, Alissa realized the industry “headhunting” model did not foster the ethical standards, positive client relationships and longer-term focus she believed was necessary to make a productive employment match.

Thus, the Premier Alliance Group was born. The company takes its name from the strong partnership – the premier alliance – of talent and opportunity Alissa strives to attain for every client.

In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with family and is an avid volleyball player. Alissa also enjoys the outdoors and spending time up north on Thunder Lake.
